J.E. Jones is participating in a program with Time Warner Cable called Read to Feed.
For this program, each classroom receives a poster with blank food cans on it. After a student reads a book, a can is colored in. For every book read, Time Warner Cable will donate one can of food to an area food pantry.
This new educational reading program not only encourages children to read but it also helps ensure that Wisconsin families have food this holiday season. The program runs from November 12 through November 26.
