Okay people, now is the time to give money donations for the recall effort.  The money will be used for lit drops, stamps, photocopies of open records (we will have some good ones), paper, fees, and other such costs.

Contact Sue at spurple9bear@att.net for more details.  Checks must be personal, no business checks.

If you would still like to volunteer, we could always use the help.

Please make a small donation to help pay for the Recall of Mayor Ryan McCue.

Contributions under $10 may be completely anonymous.

Here is what has been requested so far in the public open records request.

Orville Seymer is still around?  I thought he'd have crawled back under his rock by now, given how CRG got slapped around out in Franklin.

Looks like a fishing expedition to me.  Prelude to a full-blown hachet job on McCue?  What is being looked for?  Please enlighten us, Randy, in your infinite wisdom.

I do not know.  Since I am not leading this fight.  I know they are going to request something each day.

When this gets all done and Sportsites LLC does not get a $12.9 million bailout, which includes another $6.35 million in tax dollars, and a larger Wal Mart gets built in the right place, I hope all you recall people will remember that you almost blew it. We all were sold the same load of goods by some very successful salepeople (Wal Mart did not become the worlds largest retailer by not knowing how to sell something. The difference is that some of us looked behind the sizzle to find out the real costs to us the Cudahy taxpayers, and other just jumped on the hook.

Randy, you've stated you're not a "leader" of the recall effort, but you're certainly very involved in the process, given how much you've talked about it and asked your readers to help support it.

What I'm wondering is how many tax dollars will have to be spent to hold a recall election, if the petitions are successful?  It seems like an awful waste of taxpayer dollars to hold a recall election for a public official who did nothing wrong other than vote against something he didn't support.

This entire recall effort reeks of sour grapes.
